Our first Hoop it Up for Christ 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament was a tremendous success.  With approximately 300 in attendance, the hot summer event started at 1:00 p.m. with food on the grill and music by DJ Lagit.  Nineteen teams participated, including our very own Men for Christ team (aka Seniors for Christ) and Master’s Choice.  The tournament progressed throughout the day as each team played the game with true sportsmanship and with a spirit of excellence.  At the end of the day, team Reign took home the prize of $400 but not after a valiant effort by the Underdogs.
